Steps to reach real support

1. Open the official lobby from your bookmark or the button below and log in.
2. Open the live chat or support icon.
3. Describe the problem briefly: what happened, when, and the deposit or withdrawal reference.
4. Add a screenshot if needed, but make sure it does not show your password or PIN.
5. Never give your password or OTP in chat.

Stop if you see signs of fake support

• You did not contact them, yet "support" messaged or called you first.

• They ask for money or a "processing fee" to solve the problem.
