7Z777 withdrawal pending: what to check while you wait
You have requested a withdrawal, but the lobby still shows "pending" or "processing", and the wait is uncomfortable. That discomfort is exactly what scammers use: "pay a fee and I'll release it", "log in again at this link". This page covers what to check yourself while you wait, how to write to support, and which kinds of "help" to stay away from. There is no promised time here; only the lobby can tell you that. This is an unofficial guide site.
A withdrawal shows pending: what should I check first?
Before doing anything in a panic, log in to the lobby from your bookmark and calmly check these few things:
- Transaction history: open the withdrawal line. What does the status say: pending, processing, cancelled or successful? Is there a note or reason next to it?
- Wallet app: check the history in your bKash, Nagad or Rocket app. The money may already have arrived and only the lobby status hasn't changed yet. Check the app history, not SMS.
- Lobby notices or inbox: has the lobby sent a message asking for some information or verification?
- Request details: did you enter the amount and wallet number correctly? Take a screenshot.
Checking these four often tells you whether this is a normal wait or something you need to fix on your side.
Make sure of one thing first: is the lobby where you are checking the status the real one? Someone sends a link saying "check your withdrawal status here", you log in there, and that is how many people lose their password, and then their real balance. Check the status only in a lobby opened from your own bookmark or this site's lobby button, and if you doubt the address, read the full address bar first.
What if there is a mistake in my wallet number?
One wrong digit, or a different number from the one you deposited from: small mistakes like these often start the trouble. If you notice one:
- Don't submit another request for the same withdrawal on your own; several requests at once make things more complicated.
- If the lobby has an option to cancel a pending request and tells you to use it, only then use it.
- Explain clearly in live chat what the correct number is and where the mistake was.
- In future, check the wallet number in your profile every time before withdrawing. If you see a number you don't recognise, that is a security issue, not a typo: change your password first.
General withdrawal steps and safe habits are in the withdrawal guide.
Is the lobby showing a verification or bonus terms message?
In some cases the lobby may ask for identity verification before a withdrawal, or terms of a bonus you took may still be outstanding. We don't know what applies to you; only the lobby will show that. So:
- Read the lobby's notices, profile and withdrawal page for any such message.
- If you took a bonus, open that bonus's terms in the lobby again; the terms as shown in the lobby are final.
- If documents are requested for verification, provide them only in the designated place inside the lobby, never in someone's inbox.
What to give and not give during verification is in the account verification guide.
What should I write in live chat to explain it quickly?
If it is still unclear after checking yourself, open the live chat inside the lobby. A well-organised message saves a lot of back and forth:
- The date, time and amount of the withdrawal.
- Which wallet and which number you requested it to.
- The request reference or ID, if transaction history shows one.
- A screenshot of the history line, and a screenshot of your wallet app history showing the money hasn't arrived.
Never give your password, OTP or wallet PIN in chat; real support doesn't need them. If the reply is slow, politely remind them in the same chat instead of opening new chats again and again. More detail is in the support guide.
"Pay a fee and I'll release your withdrawal": how do I spot this scam?
The trap seen most often while a withdrawal is stuck looks roughly the same every time. You post a complaint on Facebook, or a message arrives from an unknown number:
- "Your withdrawal is stuck; send a tax or processing fee and I'll release it now."
- "Make a deposit first to unfreeze your account, then you'll get everything together."
- "Log in at this link and resubmit your withdrawal."
- "I'm an insider; pay me a commission and I'll push it through first."
None of these are part of the lobby's process. You can't "release" a withdrawal by sending money to a personal number; once you send, more fees are demanded. Block the message, and check your request status only in your bookmarked lobby.
What should I not do while it is pending?
- Don't make a new deposit and play to make up for "money that's stuck".
- Don't keep submitting new withdrawal requests for the same amount.
- Don't post your username, mobile number or wallet number in public groups out of frustration; scammers look for exactly these.
- Don't install an APK or a "fast withdrawal app" that someone sends you.
If you feel restless while waiting, it is better to step away from playing for a while. This is entertainment, not a source of income; advice on setting limits is on the responsible play page.
How long can a withdrawal stay pending?
We can't give a fixed time, and if someone outside gives you a guaranteed time, that isn't reliable either. Check what the lobby's withdrawal page or notices say, and if the delay seems unusual, ask in live chat with your request details.
The lobby shows "successful", but the money isn't in my wallet.
Check the wallet app history, not just SMS. Confirm the number was correct. Then report it in live chat with screenshots of both the lobby history and the wallet app.
The withdrawal shows "cancelled". Where did the money go?
Check your transaction history and lobby balance, and read whether a reason is shown next to the cancellation. If it isn't clear, ask in live chat with a screenshot of that line, then submit a new request with the correct details if needed.
Is it OK to play or deposit again while it is pending?
Check in the lobby what is allowed, but from a safety point of view it is better not to deposit during the wait. It complicates the accounting, and anyone who says "make another deposit and the first one will be released" is following a well-known scam script. Sort out the current withdrawal first.
Can I withdraw to someone else's wallet number?
Using a number in your own name is safest. Withdrawing to a friend's or an "agent's" number can cause problems later during verification or a complaint, and the money isn't under your control.
