7Z777 bet history: learn to read your own betting record
Bet history is not just a place to see "how much I won and lost". From a safety point of view it is your account's diary: it is where you first notice if someone else is playing on your account, and where the evidence comes from if you question a result. This page shows where to find your history, how to read it and what to do if something doesn't add up. This is an unofficial guide site; we cannot see your history.
Where do I find bet history on 7Z777?
The lobby layout changes from time to time, so menu names may not match exactly. In general, look like this:
- Log in to the lobby from your own bookmark or this site's lobby button.
- Open the profile or account menu.
- Look for "bet records", "bet history" or a similar option.
- If there is a date filter, choose the period you want, and use a game-type filter if there is one.
If you can't find it, ask in the lobby's live chat. If someone sends a link saying "see your history here", don't log in there. Your history lives only inside the real lobby.
One small habit helps: every time you finish playing, glance at your history before logging out. Checking that your last few bets match what you remember takes very little time, and anything unusual gets caught right away, not days later.
What is on a history line, and how do I read it?
Each bet usually shows as its own line or card. Which details appear depends on the type of game, but generally look for:
- Date and time: when the bet was placed. Compare it with what you remember.
- Game or event name: which slot, which table or which match.
- Stake: how much you played with.
- Result: win, loss, void, or not yet settled.
- Reference or ID: often each bet has its own number. This is the most useful thing when talking to support.
For sports bets, a bet can show as "open" until the match ends. That is normal; no need to panic. If it stays the same long after the match, ask in chat using the bet ID.
Are bet history and transaction history the same thing?
No, and mixing them up causes a lot of confusion. Bet history holds your playing record: which game, how much you staked and what the result was. Transaction history holds the money moving in and out: deposits, withdrawals and, if the lobby shows them, bonuses.
If your balance suddenly looks low, look at both side by side. Adding up recent plays in bet history often makes the numbers match. If they don't, or if transactions show a withdrawal you didn't make, it becomes a security question. For deposit problems specifically, see the deposit not received guide.
I see bets in my history that I didn't place. What do I do?
First, calmly ask yourself a few questions: did someone in your family use your phone? Are you still logged in on another device? Did you leave an "auto" play option on in a game? If none of these apply, assume someone else got into your account, and act in this order without delay:
- Take screenshots of the unfamiliar bets, with date, time, game and ID visible.
- Log in from your bookmark and change your password straight away.
- Check that the withdrawal wallet number in your profile is your own.
- Report it in the lobby's live chat with the screenshots, and say which links or apps you used recently. Don't give your password or OTP, even in chat.
- Don't make new deposits until things are clear.
The full account protection checklist is in the account security guide.
How do I use history if I dispute a result?
Think a bet result is shown wrongly, or a game stopped halfway? Talk with the facts from your history, not from memory. A live chat message laid out like this is easier to answer:
- The bet ID or reference number.
- Date, time and the game or match name.
- What you expected and what the history shows, in one or two lines.
- A screenshot of the history line, plus a screenshot from the moment the game froze if you have one.
Send one clear message per issue. Opening new chats again and again scatters the information. What to share and not share in chat is in the support guide. If an outsider says "pay me and I'll change the result", that is plain fraud; nobody is selling a "back door" to change history.
How can history help me manage my own play?
The least-used job of bet history is being honest with yourself. While playing, it is easy to forget the losses and remember the wins as bigger. Open your history once a week and check:
- How long you played, and whether that was within the limit you set beforehand.
- Whether you rushed to raise your stakes after a loss.
- Whether you played more late at night or when you were feeling low.
If any answer is "yes", it is time for a break. This is entertainment, not a way to earn. Advice on setting limits and taking breaks is on the responsible play page.
One more warning: "tips" sellers on Telegram or Facebook often show screenshots of winning bets to build trust. Such screenshots are very easy to make or edit. Trust only the history in your own lobby.
Why don't very old bets show in my history?
Many history pages show only recent activity by default. Change the date filter. If you still can't find it, ask in live chat with the approximate date and game name.
Does history look different in the app and the browser?
It is one account, so the history data should be the same; only the layout may differ. If the two show different data, first make sure both are the real lobby: the app came only from the lobby's own button, and the browser was opened from your bookmark. If they still don't match, report it in live chat with screenshots of both.
A bet shows as "void". What does that mean?
The reason can differ by game or event, so don't guess. Ask in live chat with that bet's ID and also check the balance change in your transaction history.
Is it safe to send someone a screenshot of my history?
You can send it in the lobby's own chat. Before sending it to anyone outside, cover your username, mobile number and balance. Be careful if someone asks for your history saying "I'll check it and give you a bonus".
The bets are in my history, but my balance doesn't add up.
Put bet history and transaction history side by side and compare the recent period. If it still doesn't match, take screenshots of both and report it in live chat with the time.
Check your history in the lobby
